Regular program
On such annual special days as World Earth Day, National Earth Day, Science and Technology Week, National Science Day and Chinese Cultural Heritage Day and etc., theme-related activities are launched via a variety of means, such as posters, big screens, exhibitions and lectures. Inquiry services are also available by the volunteers. Activities will be organized in our geopark as well as community schools, universities in other cities.

Temporary program
The geopark has conducted a series of annual science popularization projects with a number of community colleges and visiting colleges and universities. In 2017, the geopark received visiting students and teachers from East South High School in Bendigo, Australia, High School Affiliated to Southwest University and Shenzhen Yunding School International Department as well as students from local schools, such as Tunxi No.1 High School, Tangkou Central School, Zhaixi Primary School, Changyuan Primary School, Chenshan International School and some other local schools. All the students were warmly welcomed with the detailed explanation of the museum.

Long-term cooperation with universities
Huangshan Geopark has reached agreements with Tsinghua University and China University of Geosciences (Beijing) to introduce and spread the geological knowledge of the mountain in the two above-mentioned universities as well as other universities.
