To strengthen the overall capacity of its forest protection teams and enhance emergency response in wildfire prevention and control, Mt.Huangshan officially launched its 2025 Forest Fire Prevention Training Program on September 2.
The program will be conducted in two sessions, each lasting four days, with participation from over one hundred attendees, including the principal leaders of each management division, fire prevention officers, and all frontline fire protection team members.
The training follows a combined approach of “regular drills + centralized sessions.” Regular drills, organized by individual management divisions, cover knowledge-based learning, equipment operation, and physical training. Centralized sessions focus on capacity building and standardized management, adopting a diverse format of theoretical instruction, hands-on practice, and emergency response drills to comprehensively strengthen the teams’ professionalism and emergency handling skills.
