Huangshan Geopark Administrative Committee Launches the 2025 Training Program for Newly Recruited Young Staff

In July, the 2025 orientation and training program for newly recruited young staff of Huangshan Geopark officially commenced. Relevant officials introduced the overall situation of Huangshan and provided an overview of the training arrangements. One by one, the ten newly recruited young staff delivered speeches, candidly sharing their educational experiences and expressing their expectations for future work. They all voiced their determination to seize the opportunity, remain humble in learning, and serve Huangshan with dedication.

This six-week training program will adopt a diverse approach, including intensive lectures, shadow learning, hands-on field training, group discussions, and mentorship. The goal is to help the new staff quickly adapt to their roles, integrate into the work environment, and cultivate a deep sense of responsibility characterized by love for Huangshan, gratitude to Huangshan, reverence for Huangshan, and devotion to Huangshan.
