In order to ensure that tourists have fun, comfort trip in Mount Huangshan, the volunteer service team of Mount Huangshan Scenic Area has made sufficient preparations to go to work ahead of schedule during the holiday. During the holiday, all 9 volunteer service stations in the mountain will be put into use, and several temporary volunteer service desks will be added, covering six areas throughout the mountain. At the same time, scenic area cadres and staff participate in volunteer services through a "fixed+mobile" approach, with volunteers and duty personnel scattered throughout the mountain, actively carrying out route consultation, order guidance and other services, continuously deepening the "excellent service and strong brand" tourism quality improvement action, enhancing the tourism experience of tourists.
In addition, focusing on the overall goal of achieving the "five unifications" of safety, order, quality, efficiency and civilization, volunteers actively guide tourists to use the intellectual navigation miniprogram of Smart Tour in Mount Huangshan, and make every effort to provide convenient travel for tourists.
The Smart Tour Mount Huangshan applet is the first applet for mountainous scenic area in China that provides real-time navigation. It provides a lightweight navigation scheme. Tourists do not need to download the navigation app, but can complete it in the applet. It assists tourists to plan their travel plan according to the current real-time passenger flow of the scenic spot, and helps tourists understand the terrain while showing the characteristics of Mount Huangshan. Tourists can scan the code at the transfer points, cableways, volunteer service points and other places in the scenic area to obtain route guidance, voice explanation, parking lots, toilets, scenic spots and road passenger flow and other information, which greatly facilitates tourists to visit Mount Huangshan.
